QualityNZ was founded in 2012 by a small team of passionate New Zealanders keen to bring Aotearoa New Zealand’s finest quality products and services to the burgeoning Indian market. India’s growing population of over 1.3 billion offers a significant opportunity, however the size and complexity of the market has traditionally been difficult for New Zealand businesses to navigate.
Knowledge gained extensively researching the market enabled QualityNZ to develop a unique business model ensuring direct consumer contact, superior service, and quality control at every step.
Relationships between Aotearoa New Zealand and India stem back to the battle of Gallipoli during the First World War where soldiers from both countries stood side by side. Aotearoa New Zealand’s greatest explorer, Sir Edmund Hillary, had a great love for India and in more recent times it has been a passion for cricket which has galvanised both countries.
Our Patron, Sir Richard Hadlee and Ambassadors Stephen Fleming, Brendon McCullum and Daniel Vettori who are all shareholders share deep connections with India. Our cricketing connections play an important role in the marketing and promotion of QualityNZ products and services.
